The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has named Cvent as its official event technology partner through 2028.
The three-year agreement establishes Cvent as the exclusive provider across SITE’s global event portfolio, focusing on streamlining the attendee journey and leveraging data to enhance the business impact of incentive travel.
Under the partnership, Cvent’s platform will power the full event lifecycle – including registration, mobile apps, onsite check-in, and audience engagement – for major global conferences and summits. The collaboration will also provide SITE with actionable insights and post-event analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and support more inclusive, personalised experiences.
The agreement covers several flagship events, including the SITE Global Conference, Incentive Summits in the Americas and Europe, and the Young Leaders Conferences.
