Conferli has launched a new suite of tools to bring transparency to the often opaque world of destination subvention.
The release includes The Association Guide to Subvention – The Practical Edition and a Global Destination Support Filter, both designed to replace industry assumptions with standardised, comparable data.
The new guide simplifies complex policy language into practical advice, helping association planners identify various forms of financial and in-kind support. It specifically addresses when and how to engage with destinations to move beyond one-off incentives toward long-term partnerships, as well as the different forms of financial and in-kind support destinations offer.
Complementing the guide, the new digital filter allows organisers to compare cities based on financial aid, sustainability initiatives, and impact-driven support. For destinations, the tool creates a visible benchmark, rewarding cities that communicate their offerings with clarity.
The guide is free to access and designed to be shared across boards, local host committees, and ambassador networks.
