The International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) and the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services (IFES) have formalised a two-year strategic partnership.
The agreement, outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), was signed at IMEX Frankfurt last month.
This partnership marks a step forward in ICCA’s mission to foster global collaboration, drive knowledge exchange, and advocate for sustainable, innovative practices across the international meetings and events industry. By aligning with IFES, ICCA strengthens its connection with the global events supply chain, bringing together two influential communities committed to excellence.
A cornerstone of this alliance is a shared focus on education and professional development, fostering collaboration between the two organisations and spotlighting innovation, sustainability, and emerging trends. ICCA and IFES will also exchange select research and educational resources to further enrich their respective communities.
