SITE has selected Puerto Rico to host SITE Classic 2026, the incentive travel industry’s premier gathering and the flagship fundraiser for the SITE Foundation.

The event will take place from August 24 to 27, 2026.

Established in 2007, the annual event brings together over 270 senior incentive travel leaders, including buyers, suppliers, and C-suite executives.

In 2026, the programme will deliver its characteristic blend of high-impact education, peer-led discussions, and immersive destination discovery in Puerto Rico. The agenda is designed around SITE’s core pillars – connect, learn, discover, and shape – to integrate business insights with cultural experiences and community engagement, emphasizing a responsible and rewarding experience.

Jorge Pérez, CEO of Discover Puerto Rico, called the selection a “milestone moment” for the island. “There’s an unmistakable momentum as the incentive travel segment continues to evolve and thrive, and we’re eager for industry leaders to experience firsthand the vibrant culture, world-class venues, and genuine warmth that make Puerto Rico truly one of a kind.”

Annette Gregg, SITE CEO, added that Puerto Rico’s “powerful story, a vibrant culture and a spirit of welcome” aligns perfectly with the event’s goals. “Across four days in August, we will convene leaders… to build relationships, share ideas and experience the destination. We look forward to partnering with our hosts in Puerto Rico to create a program that inspires action, strengthens our community and advances the business case for incentive travel.”

SITE Classic is crucial for funding the SITE Foundation. Proceeds from the event’s live and silent auctions directly support research, professional development, scholarships, and industry grants. Since 1987, the Foundation has reinvested over US$10 million into projects that advance the incentive travel business case and foster future industry leadership.
