The International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO) will bring its flagship EDGE education programme back to Auckland from March 16-19, 2026.
The event marks the 10th anniversary of the seminar series, which launched in the city a decade ago.
The four-day intensive programme will be hosted at the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) shortly after the venue’s scheduled opening in February 2026. Designed for Professional Conference Organisers (PCOs) and business events specialists, the curriculum focuses on peer-to-peer exchange and strategic responses to the evolving global meetings environment.
Stephen Noble, chair of the IAPCO Training Academy, noted that the return to Auckland provides an opportunity for industry professionals to strengthen the technical capabilities that underpin conference delivery.
The event is supported by a partnership including Tourism New Zealand Business Events, the Auckland Convention Bureau, and The Conference Company.
