Two conferences that were supposed to take place in Abu Dhabi over the course of the next few weeks have been posted over concerns regarding Covid-19.
They are the 3rd Abu Dhabi Multiple Sclerosis Congress and 4th Abu Dhabi Geriatric and Senior Citizens Conference. Both events were scheduled to take place at Dusit Thani Hotel on March 27 and April 10 respectively.
Abu Dhabi-based Medetarian Conferences Organizing, the organiser of both events, made the decision in line with recommendations from the World Health Organisation and instructions received from the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi, amid concerns over the safety of speakers, sponsors and participants.
While the new date for the 4th Abu Dhabi Geriatric and Senior Citizens Conference is set to be announced soon, the 3rd Abu Dhabi Multiple Sclerosis Congress has been postponed until further notice.
